DELIVERY INFORMATION

Here at SR Autosource we pride ourselves in fulfilling orders quickly and efficiently. To accomplish this, we use several different courier services and ship from multiple distribution centres.

This may mean that ‘in stock’ items are subject to a lead time prior to shipping. Please contact us for more accurate details on any individual items.

Most of our items are shipped from our main distribution centre here at SR HQ.

To minimize costs for you, when ordering multiple items, we may hold certain items in stock until your complete order is ready to ship them together. We will however ship your order where economically viable or a distinct time difference is apparent.

No matter where you are in the world we can get your order out to you (some product exceptions apply).

If your country is outside of the UK just contact us and we’ll obtain a bespoke shipping quote for you.

Please note: When ordering custom products, special orders, or products awaiting stock, the delivery times are quoted from the time we receive the item, so a next day priority delivery on an order with a 2-day lead time will arrive after 3 days, the same product on a low priority budget delivery will arrive after 6 days.

GB MAINLAND ORDERS

Royal mail – This is the cheapest option for small light items. We select the most cost effective service, so this is generally 2^nd class. Orders that are in stock should be with you within 2-3 days.
Standard Courier– This courier service is used to keep costs down. Your order will generally be packed and dispatched within 2 working days (Monday-Friday) and take a further 2-3 working days to arrive.
Free Shipping – Some orders qualify for free shipping, the free shipping service uses the same courier service, so the above timescales apply.
Priority Courier – If you need your order quickly this is the option for you. Orders are prioritised and as long as you get your order in before 17:00 (and all items are in stock) it’ll be picked packed and out the following day on a next day delivery with a priority courier service with full tracking.

HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS

Courier Service with Online Tracking – Orders are prioritised and as long as you get your order in before 17:00 (and all items are in stock) it’ll be picked packed and out on a 2-day delivery with a priority courier service with full tracking.

Basic Airmail – This is the cheapest option for small light items. Orders that are in stock should be with you within 10-14 days.
Courier Service with Online Tracking – If you get your order in before 17:00 (and all items are in stock) it’ll be picked packed and out with a priority courier service. Deliveries typically take between 2 – 5 days and are fully trackable.
